Organizing Your Presentation<br />

To link to a group of videos, create an anchor element with link a tag specifying the group of videos,<br />

following the examples below:<br />

View AmbientX videos <br />

In the above example:<br />

HREF="<strong>iPod</strong>:video? signifies that the tag is an instruction to create a link to a category of video.<br />

playlist is the category of video (substitute your own category).<br />

AmbientX is the name of the playlist on <strong>iPod</strong> (substitute your own playlist).<br />

View AmbientX videos is the text a user sees underlined in the note on the <strong>iPod</strong> display (substitute<br />

your own text).<br />

Here are examples of links to other groups of videos:<br />

View rock music videos<br />

View Radiohead videos<br />

View Philharmonic playing Beethoven<br />

View Pinky vids<br />

You can combine instructions to refine the group of videos played by adding “&” followed by another<br />

instruction. Here’s an example:<br />

Combo<br />

Video identifiers cannot contain an unencoded ampersand. For example, these links do not work:<br />

Link to genre<br />

Link to artist<br />

To include an ampersand in an identifier, you must encode it as described in “Encoding Special<br />

Characters In Links” (page 50).<br />
