SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION - DISCLOSURE ON REALISED AND UNREALISED PROFITS / LOSSES The supplementary information, which is not part of the financial statements, is prepared in all material respects, in accordance with Guidance on Special Matter No. 1. “Determination of Realised and Unrealised Profits or Losses in the Context of Disclosure Pursuant to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements” as issued by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the directive of Bursa Malaysia. STATEMENT BY DIRECTORS The directors of GROMUTUAL BERHAD state that, in their opinion, the accompanying financial statements are drawn up in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards and the provisions of the Companies Act, 1965 in Malaysia so as to give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and of the Company as of 31 December 2012 and of the financial performance and the cash flows of the Group and of the Company for the year ended on that date. The supplementary information set out in Note 30, which is not part of the financial statements, is prepared in all material respects, in accordance with Guidance on Special Matter No. 1 “Determination of Realised and Unrealised Profits or Losses in the Context of Disclosure Pursuant to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements” as issued by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the directive of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
