(14) Any change in bid after due date of submission of tender will not be<br />
considered.<br />
(15) Bidders are advised in their own interest to ensure that their bids reach this<br />
office well before the closing date and time of the tender as the bids received<br />
after the closing date and time of the tender will not be considered.<br />
(16) Please confirm that you have received the tender document and will be<br />
quoting for the tender items/jobs. In case you are not quoting for the same,<br />
please return complete set of tender documents.<br />
(17) Bidders are requested to Sign & Stamp all the pages of tender document<br />
along with blank copy of Price bid (with prices blanked out) along with unpriced<br />
bid (PART-I) .<br />
(18) After evaluation of the techno-commercial bid (PART-I), prices of those<br />
bidders shall be opened who meet BEC and technical/commercial<br />
requirements of the tender.<br />
(19) <strong>GAIL</strong> reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received, at its<br />
absolute discretion, without assigning any reason whatsoever.<br />
