INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS<br />
2. All tenderers are required to read tender documents carefully before<br />
quoting rates and submission of tender paper.<br />
It will be taken that tender documents have been fully read and understood<br />
by the tenderer irrespective of the fact whether they have done so or not and<br />
no claim on this account shall be entertained at a later date.<br />
3. TENDER must be submitted without making any additions, alterations and as<br />
per details given on other clauses hereunder.<br />
4. Tenderers are advised to submit tenders based strictly on the terms and<br />
conditions and specifications contained in the tender documents and nor to<br />
stipulate any deviations. In case of deviation if any, owner has full right to<br />
reject the bid without assigning any reasons for the same.<br />
