ANNAPOLIS MARCH FOR LIFE: Monday, March 12 th , the 33 rd Maryland Life March will be held. It begins with 5:15 pm Mass at St. Mary's, followed by a march to State House with speeches and rally, then back to St, Mary's at 8 pm for lite refreshments. PRO-LIFE SPEAKER: Steven Mosher, renown for his expertise on Chinese & World Population Trends, will address "Russia: Coming in from the Cold:Abortion to Pro-Life", Friday, March 16 th at 10 am, in the Daily Mass Chapel. All are invited. A free-will offering for Defend Life will be collected. EASTER FLOWER MEMORIAL: If you would like to make a contribution toward the Easter Flowers in memory or in honor of someone, please use the Easter Flower envelopes in the Narthex at the pamphlet rack. March 6th & March 13th: Tuesday from 7:00- 8:15PM . . . (For Parent & Child) All meetings are required per Archdiocese of Baltimore Sacramental Guidelines and both parent & child need to be present at the meeting. VBS 2012: Coming, June 25-29th • Volunteers Needed! Contact George Brunner or Stacy Johnston for details! • Registration will be available on line & in the bulletin beginning in April. Evening Prayer (Vespers) - Fridays of Lent Please join us in the Daily Mass Chapel at 6:45 p.m. in Lent for Evening Prayer Fridays, March 2, 9 16, 23 & 30 Immediately following, we will go to into the Church to pray Stations of the Cross at 7.30 pm. Traditionally known as Vespers, Evening Prayer is a time of reflection, thanksgiving and praise offered by Catholics worldwide as a demonstration of unity and in celebration of the mystery of Christ. We are urged to celebrate Evening Prayer communally in Church. Take this opportunity to pray Vespers with your fellow parishioners. Members of St. Peter’s who are Secular Discalced Carmelites will be on hand at 6:45 p.m. to assist, demonstrate and lead Evening Prayer. You need only one godparent and this person must be Catholic; to have celebrated Confirmation; is at least 16 years of age, and is practicing the faith (attending mass each week and celebrating the sacraments.)
