Knockhill Park Pre-Planning Application Consultation Report
4.1 Consultants along with members of the Friends of Knockhill Park where in attendance to help
attendees to answer the public on any aspect of the proposed development.
4.2 Various presentation boards were displayed around the room allowing people to view the
proposal before being invited to ask questions or making comments.
4.3 Attendees were invited to make comment on the plans and several methods for recording
comments were made available at a “Have Your say Area” this included a talking wall, post-its and
consultants to write the comments down.
