joint contract-holders invokes the break clause, it will terminate only<br />
the interests in and rights under the agreement of that occupier, and<br />
not those of the other joint contract-holders.<br />

A.9 To avoid the unnecessary proliferation of model contracts, we recommend that<br />
there should be as few model contracts as possible. <strong>The</strong>re should at least be one<br />

standard contracts.
