When sorting functions are applied in Crystal Reports, they malfunction if the option “Use index or server for speed” is enabled.
This problem is caused by limitations in the Native Btrieve drive. When “Use index or server for speed” is enabled, the sorting is passed to the
server. The Native Btrieve drive won't allow more than one index to be accessed for the same request.
New Behavior:
To solve the problem, a registry key “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Crystal Decisions\10.0\Crystal
Reports\Database\Btrieve\DoNotPushDownSorting” has been added. Set this key to "Yes."

The command table parameter is duplicated when a data source is changed with the Report Application Server (RAS).
This problem occurs when the main report and a subreport both have a parameter with the same name.
The cause of the problem is how RAS builds the object model for stored procedures. The parameter for the ConnectionInfo for stored procedures
iterates through all parameters, when it should only iterate through parameters for a particular subreport.
New Behavior:
This problem is resolved.

When a report uses an unconditionally suppressed details section (for example, the "Suppressed (No Drill Down)" option), users can still drill
down to the lowest level.
Also, reports that use the "Perform Grouping on Server" option, with an unconditionally suppressed details section, require a database query
when drilling down to the lowest level. The data retrieved from the query goes unused, because the details section is not visible. Therefore,
reports that use this combination of features make unnecessary queries of the database.
New Behavior:
Drill down to the lowest level, in a report that uses "Perform Grouping on Server," can be disabled. The option to allow or disallow drill down is
controlled by a registry key. When the registry key is enabled on a report designer's machine, it will not be possible to drill down to the lowest
level. When the registry key is enabled on a Crystal Enterprise processing server, it will be possible to attempt drill down to the lowest level, but
an error message appears instead of the lowest section: "Further drill down within this report has been disabled. All data in the report has been
displayed. For more information, please contact your Crystal Enterprise/Reports Administrator."
Known Limitations:
For UNIX users, go to enterprise/generic folder under the crystal directory and run this command: ./configpatch.sh adapt336729.cf.
