ADAPT00541310
Description:
Scheduled jobs, including recurrences, fail.
Patch ID: 38273423
The problem happens when the operation that verifies rights fails, due to the way that system security is configured.
New Behavior:
A command line option named PreserveInstanceOnRightsFailure ensures scheduled jobs succeed in most configurations of system security.
Known Limitations:
In the case where the scheduled job lacks sufficient security rights, the job fails to run until proper rights have been granted to the job; however,
rather than fail, the job is given pending status.
ADAPT00524727
Description:
Patch ID: 38155546
After users edit the SQL statement within a command object, the parameter picklist options, such as Display, Order, and "Allow editing of
Default Values," fail to be retained and are reset to the default setting.
New Behavior:
This problem is resolved.
Job Processing
ADAPT00498992
Description:
Patch ID: 38089366
The option "Specify a custom table prefix" fails to pass custom table to subreports.
This problem happens when scheduling a report that has an on-demand subreport. The subreport maintains the original table prefix. When the
successful instance is viewed in Crystal Enterprise, drilling into the on-demand subreport returns no data or incorrect data for that subreport.
The cause of the problem is that the data sources for on-demand subreports fail to be changed to "custom db" during scheduling.
New Behavior:
This problem is resolved.
ADAPT00507438
Description:
Patch ID: 38056622
When scheduling a report based on a Business View that uses an upper or lower bound parameter option in java ePortfolio, the following error
message appears: "More information is needed before the report can be processed."
The cause of the problem is that, when the report is processed, the SI_MIN and SI_MAX property bags fail to be initialized when the defined
range is initialized. The null values in the property bags lead to requests for more information; therefore, processing fails.
New Behavior:
This problem is resolved.
