SEMI DENSE BITUMINOUS CONCRETE (25 mm Thick) : Providing and laying 25 mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete on prepared surface with good quality graded stone aggregate as per following requirement -Material 5euired per 100 Square meter Crushed stone aggregate of 13.2 mm size = 1.0 CUM , 11.2 mm size -1.6 CUM , Fine aggregate 6 mm size - 1.1 CUM Bitumen 60/70 grade including tack coat = 330 Kg .The job includes hot mixing of aggregate and bitumen by using hot mix plant transportation mixed material and laying the same , rolling with 8 to 10 Ton power roller to uniform consolidated compacted thickness of 25 mm over a tack coat of 2.0 Kg per 10 Square meter to achieve the required level and grade all material, labour etc complete. 346 SEMI DENSE BITU.CONC. 40MM THK SM 423.24 SEMI DENSE BITUMINOUS CONCRETE (40 mm Thick) : Providing and laying 40 mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete on prepared surface with good quality graded stone aggregate as per following requirement: Material per 100 Square meter Area - Crushed stone aggregate of 13.2 mm size = 1.60 CUM; 11.2 mm size -2.56 CUM; Fine aggregate 6 mm size - 1.76 CUM; Bitumen 60/70 grade including tack coat = 525 Kg .The job includes hot mixing of aggregate and bitumen by using hot mix plant transportation mixed material and laying the same , rolling with 8 to 10 Ton power roller to uniform consolidated compacted thickness of 40 mm over a tack coat of 2.0 Kg per 10 Square meter to achieve the required level and grade all material , labour etc complete . 347 SEMI DENSE BITU.CONC.100MM THK SM 832.96 SEMI DENSE BITUMINOUS CONCRETE (100 mm Thick) : Same as above but with thickness of 100 mm. 348 MASTIC WEARING COARSE 25MM SM 693.39 MASTIC WEARING COARSE (25 mm Thick): Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic wearing coarse using stone aggregates as per following specs- Coarse aggregated to be used 35% of total mix , Balance shall be coarse sand and filler material, Lime stone powder and industrial bitumen of grade85/25 confirming to IS 702 prepared by using Mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope including providing anti skid surface with bitumen precoated fine grain chipping of 9.5 mm to 13.2 mm size at the rate of 0.005 CUM per 10 square meter of approx. spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions , pressed into surface protruding 1mm to 4 mm over mastic surface including cleaning the surface removal of debris etc. material and labour complete. NOTE : Lime stone powder shall have minimum calcium carbonate content of 80 %. 349 FIBRE REINFOR. CONCRETE COVER SM 3511.95 Suppy and laying in posion of Precast slab shall be of FRC ( Fibre reinforced Cconcrete) of 20MT load bearing capacity, dimention 750X450x150 MM, with 12mm dia plain round bar for lifting the cover fiited with plastic cups. The slab shalll be manufactured as per IS code: 12592 (part-1, 1988 & Part-2, 1991) and shall comply with following: requirements: Mechanised production through vibration pressing techniques Manufactured with concrete mix of minimum M 300 grade Top surface of the cover shall be ebosed with checkered design for safety agains hazards of slipping. Cover shall be designed to prevent jamming of covers in frames The slabs shall be provided with lifting bars for easy handling duly protected against currossion. Necessary Manufacturer test certificate, copy of invoice tec etc shall be submitted by the vendor conformimg the above requirements 350 THERMOPLASTIC ROAD MARKING SM 855.48 Supplying and applying Berger make Sigmark thermoplastic road marking paint( yellow in color) as per MORTH specifications 803.4. The work shall be carried out strictly in line with maufacturer's procedures and using specified materials, tools, heating device/apparatus and machinery etc. all complete. The briefs of materials are as following: (i) Hot Melt Thermoplatic Road Marking Compound: 5 kg/sqm (ii) Glass Beads: 250 gm /sqm The drying time should be within 5 minutes and dry coat thickness to be 2.5 mm. Rate shall be inclusive of all material, labour, tools & tackles, power, heating apparatus etc. all complete. Work shall be carried out ensuring safety at outlet and as per approved drawing and plan. 351 RAISED PAVEMENT MARKERS SM 427.74 Seal and Signature of the tenderer Page 30 of 41
Providing and fixing 3M make adhesive type heavy duty high performance raised pavement markers with shanks (Glow Stubs) made of Engineering Polymer in size 101x89mm with height 20mm having retroreflective element on both sides and to be fixed on cement concrete rigid pavement with adhesive/shanks as recommended by manufacturer and interspacing as per Engg.in-Charge approval. Rate includes necessary before/after cleaning, tools and tackles etc. all complete 352 LINEAR DELINEATION SHEETING SM 3412.90 Providing and fixing 3M make Linear Delineation Sheeting (LDS) comprising of panels of size 4" wide and 33" length in yellow colour. The panel is to be constructed of cube corner Retro Reflective Material bonded to Aluminium substrate with memmed lateral edges. The panel assembly shall have a repeating raised lateral ridge every 2.25 inch, 0.34 inch in height. The typical retro reflective values at 88.5 degree entrance angle / 0.2 degree observation angle to be 270, 162, 11080 (candelas/ meter square / lux) of yellow colour. The fitting will be done on brick masonry/concrete walls as per manufacturer specified procedures and approved nails/fixtures in line and level as per advice of Engg.-in-Charge (EIC). Powder coated MS angle edge protection shall be provided to make it theft resistant. Measurement and payment shall for per no. of 33inch long and 4" wide LDS provided as per EIC advice. 353 MASTERTOP 1332 SM 2611.45 Supplying, painting/laying Degussa make Polyurethane based multi – component decking system for heavy abraison areas including material, machinery, tools and tackles, power etc. all complete following manufacturer specified procedures. The brief of constituent layers/coats are as following, the last being the topmost layer: Mastertop 1332 MTOP 1200 plus primer @ 0.3 kg / sqm; Mastertop SRA No. 3 sand scatter @ 0.6 kg/sqm; Mastertop Membrane 23 @ 0.5 kg/sqm; Mastertop SRA No. 3 sand scatter @ 1 kg/sqm and TWO COATS of Mastertop TC 458 of colour French/HP blue (Colour Code BS 166) @ 0.4 kg / sqm each coat i.e. total 0.8kg/sqm. Each layer will be given generally one day set period as per manufacturer's specifications. Traffic will not be allowed in the area from very first layer application till setting of top coat. It shall be vendor's responsibility to ensure that proper application for each layer is done with sufficient time. In case the vendor fails in ensuring proper application and setting time, rectifications shall be done without extra cost as per manufacturer specified procedures and as agreed by Engg.-in-Charge in writing. The vendor shall furnish 5 years repalcement guarantee on Rs.100/- stamp paper against defects, damage under vehicular traffic, wear and tear etc. from the completion date. HPCL descrition shall be final and binding on the vendor. 354 PREMIX CARPET-50 MM SM 288.16 Providing and laying premix carpet 50 mm thick ( Consolidated) with coarse aggregate of nominal size 12.5 mm ( two part ) and 10 mm ( one part) . Quantity of bitumen (80/100 grade) used should be 36.5 Kg per 10 sqm for premix and 7.5 kg per 10 sqm for tack coat. Surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush, removing the dust etc before applying tack coat. The job includes compaction by 8 to 10 Ton roller to proper camber and slope all complete as per direction of Engg.- In-Charge. 355 PREMIX CARPET-100 MM SM 440.34 100mm thick carpet : Specification same as above item but two layers of 50mm thick each. 356 SEAL COAT 12 MM SM 146.78 Providing and laying seal coat of 12 mm thick with 6.3 mm down coarse aggregate. Quantity of bitumen used should be 19.6 Kg per 10 square meter of seal coat . The job includes compaction by 8 to 10 Ton power roller to proper camber and slope all complete as per direction of Engg.-In- Charge. Finishing should be done by applying a layer of sand in order to fill up the voids. NOTE : All the asphalting jobs shall be started only after stacking bitumen at the site as per theoretical calculation considering the area. The total job including seal coat to be carried out in one go. In case of any delay in laying the seal coat after laying the premix carpet, additional tack coat @ 5.0 Kg per 10 sqm to be laid without any extra payment. 357 BBM SM 267.45 Providing and laying bitumenous bound macadum surface 100 mm thick after compaction including supplying all materials spreading 40 mm size trap metal layers and key aggreagates heating and spraying bitumen of grade IS grade S-65 with penetration 60/70 at the rate of 400 kg/100 sqm and compacting after finishing by 6mm thick layer of grit to the satisfaction of the engineer with a roller not less than 10 MT. 358 S/L DRIVEWAY GREY PAVER M-40 SM 618.64 Seal and Signature of the tenderer Page 31 of 41
