Supply and laying of 80mm thick grey pavers in line and level and approved pattern and shape, as
per attached specifications. The job includes supplying and laying sand bedding, compacting using
plate vibrator, all material and labour complete. Pavers will be laid in specified pattern. Plan of
laying will be developed by the contractor and prior approval of EIC will be taken before
commencement of laying. The pavers supplied should qualify min comp. strength of 47.2MPa and
should conform to IS:15658:2006. The party shall have to produce manufacturer's certification on
the paver qualifying criteria stated in IS-15658 and limits specified in the attached specification
before the pavers are sited. HPCL reserves the right to do random sampling and testing as per IS-
15658:2006 to assess manufacturer's certification on qualifying norms specified in the attached
specification. The testing charges, if samples qualify, shall be borne by HPCL, else shall be borne
by the party.

360 S/L REFL. GREY D/W PAVER M40 SM 652.86
Same as above but reflective coloured paver. The top layer shall have 10to 15mm uniform
thickness made out of Granite/Quartz crushed aggregated of cubical sizes not more than 6 mm &
downsize (shall have good abrasion resistant properties) as wearing layer & reflective coating &
cement shall be mixed with UV resistant pigment & colour as per HPCL's selection & without
impairing the characteristic properties of cement. Top surface shall be made anti skid
(indentations) with lacquer coating finish.
361 S/L REFL. COLOURED D/W PAVER M40 SM 675.38
Same as above but coloured paver
362 S/L GRASS PAVERS MIX M-40 SM 468.26
Specifications same as item no. 434 but for grass pavers. Grass pavers shall be of 80 mm
thickness and shape corner-cut square made out of 500x500 mm size with all the four corners cut
in quarter size circles of 125 mm radius. Four nos. of such pieces laid in symmetrical square
pattern will give total opening area of 0.196 sqm. The circular openings so formed shall be planted
with grass. Supply and laying of grass is not included in the scope but filling of these openings
with same sand fully compacted and vibrated is included in the scope.
363 S/L PEDESTRIAN PAVERS MIX M-25 SM 414.23
Specifications same as item no. 434 but for 40 mm thick wedge wood (flag) unipavers made from
M 25 grade concrete in 1 red and 2 grey combination for walkways and light load areas as advised
by EIC .
364 RELAYING OF PAVERS SM 58.53
Laying of HPCL supplied/existing old pavers in line and level , as per attached specifications. The
job includes supplying and laying sand bedding, compacting using plate vibrator, all material and
labour complete. Pavers will be laid at 45 degree to road line in 1 red and 2 grey arrangement.
Plan of laying will be developed by the contractor and prior approval of EIC will be taken before
commencement of laying..
365 PRECAST KERB 300X150X450 M3 3872.15
RCC PRECAST KARB 0.3X0.15X0.45: Providing and erecting kerb wall of concrete precast kerb
of required size & shape with M20 grade concrete using 20mm and down size crushed stone
aggregates including shuttering, mixing, compacting , pond curing for 14 days etc. as per IS 456
with 100X100 size sunk of retro-reflective paint of approved shed as per the details, transporting
from the place of casting, errcting the wall with filling the joints with necessary cement slury etc.

367 TREMIX RCC 1:1.5:3 DRIVEWAY M3 5006.78
Providing and laying 150mm/ 200 mm thick RCC driveway with 1:1.5:3 nominal mix using 20mm
and down size crushed stone aggregates in panels using slotted MS channel shuttering, machine
mixing, vibrating with screed board vibrator, pond curing for 14 days, vaccum dewatering, finished
with power trowelling. Concreting shall be carried out as per IS 456.
Rate shall also include providing approved quality polythene paper below the driveway,
constructing horizontal and longitudinal vatas with 1:10 CM for curing, levelling depressions if any
in the base with 20mm stone aggregates and stone dust.
Proper slope to be provided in driveway for easy draining of rain water.Reduced level of the
driveway area to be taken jointly with architect before commencement of concreting and after
concreting and the thickness of RCC to be checked.
