ACRYLIC EMULSION PAINT (INTERIOR GRADE) Providing and applying 2 coats ( first coat with
brush and final coat with Roller) of Acrylic Emulsion paint of approved make and shade on all
surfaces and heights to give an even shade including primer and full putty after thoroughly
brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including
preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth etc., all material and labour complete.
General specifications/guidelines given under WHITEWASH item also to be followed, as

beams and columns to bring the surface in plumb line and level including making the surface
smooth etc. complete. The rate shall include preparing the surface with POP and compatible putty
to give a smooth finish as per approval of the Engg.-In-Charge. Rate to include cost of scrapping,
neuro finish etc. complete if needed.

flat/structurals / bars / hollow sections / strips / pipes etc as per design given by HPCL and
direction of Engg.-In-Charge. Rate to include erection, grouting of posts in PCC 1:1.5:3, painting by
two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel of approved shade. Grouting PCC
to be paid separately as per relevant item.
