Have you ever wanted to brew your own beer at home? From malt, hops, yeast, equipment<br />

and process this course takes you through all the steps necessary to create a delicious<br />

batch of beer at home. Discover tips and tricks of the brewing process, explore the various<br />

equipment, what to do when fermentation has completed, best bottling practices, and how<br />

to store your perfect brew. Come prepared with all your beer brewing related questions<br />

and a thirst for knowledge of a new and exciting hobby that is sure to bring you years<br />

of joy! Participants meet Thursday evening for the lecture portion and Saturday we will<br />

continue our lecture while making a batch of our own brew. You must be 21 years of<br />
