If you have been playing guitar and are ready to get basic training on how to make<br />

yourself a better guitar player, this workshop is for you! You will learn guitar fretboard<br />

logic, scales, practice exercises, fundamental chords and progressions, essential strumming<br />

and fingerpicking patterns for Blues and Jazz Guitar. Blues and Jazz Guitar Boot Camp<br />

is geared toward folks who have some playing experience and would like to take their<br />

playing to the next level. We’ll cover some standards and popular tunes. No note reading<br />

required but helpful. Music will be written in tablature and standard notation. Please<br />

Love to sing? If you are looking for an outlet for your passion, this is the program for<br />

you! Enjoy learning a variety of choral music and have the opportunity to perform for<br />

our community through concerts and outreach performances. Previous choral singing and<br />

an informal audition is required. The 90 voice <strong>Everett</strong> Chorale performs at the <strong>Everett</strong><br />

Performing Arts Center. The rehearsal location is at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church at 215<br />

West Mukilteo Blvd in <strong>Everett</strong>. Special performance dress is required. Deadline for 100%<br />

Beginning fly tying<br />

Enter a new dimension of the sport of fly fishing by tying your own flies. Explore the<br />

materials and tools used to tie flies and the basic fundamentals for tying streamer, nymph<br />

and dry flies. We’ll examine and tie the Wooly Bugger, Soft hackle, Gold Ribbed Hare’s<br />

Ear, Elk Hair Caddis, Stimulator and the Gray Wulff. Students will be required to supply<br />

their own basic tools (vise, bobbin, scissors, whip finishing tool and hackle pliers). All<br />

other materials provided. Each workshop includes three, two-hour . Fee: $59<br />
