On 29 and 30 October 2012, the technical
training day on Advance Plus Ovens,
including both the electrical and gas
models, and the Advance and Advance
Concept ovens, took place in Shanghai.
The Korean company, Bosung Trading,
attended the conference, represented
by the president of the company, the
technical manager and the president’s
assistant.
The location selected for the training was at
Fagor Industrial’s installations in its factory in
China, more specifically in its training room.
Technical training was given by staff from the
factory and coincided with the launch of the
new Advance range. The course was not
only given to Bosung Trading, who gave very
positive feedback regarding the training and
the service provided during the conference,
but also to Fagor Industrial’s own technical
team in the country.
FAGOR INDUSTRIAL, A RISING SUN IN JAPAN

On 15 October, Fagor Industrial signed
a three-year collaboration agreement
in Japan with the company Remacom.
This involves a commitment to purchase
Fagor products until 31 December 2015.
Initially, the purchases are mainly for
ovens, but the agreement is open to the
purchase of other product ranges.
Remacom was created in 2004 and has not
stopped growing in importance and economic
weight in the sector. It is currently one
of the leading importers and exporters in the
country. Moreover, from its head office in the
Shizuoka district, just two hours from Tokyo,
it manufactures high performance equipment
for food service companies including
restaurants, hotels and food production factories.
The products sold include freezers,
display cabinets, vacuum packing machines,
ovens and popcorn makers.
Moreover, Remacom not only sells its products
in Japan, but all over the world, with
the EC label of the European Union and the
PSE label from Japan. The agreement with
Fagor Industrial implies an association with
a partner who not only sells to restaurants
and food production factories, but also to
the government and city councils throughout
FAGOR INDUSTRIAL GIVES TECHNICAL TRAINING
TO JAPANESE COMPANY
Last January, the Japanese company
Union-Chemical visited Fagor Industrial’s
factory to receive training in dishwashers
and ovens. There were two
types of training: a technical training
on dishwashers given by the Product
Manager and a commercial training on
ovens given by the Corporate Manager
and Product Manager.
The training, which took place in the training
rooms at the Oñati head offices and at the
Fagor Industrial showroom, was attended
by the president of Union-Chemical, Tatsuya
Sato.
Union-Chemical is a very important partner
for Fagor Industrial, as the company has
more than 25 years of experience in the
dishwasher sector in Japan, both in the sale
of equipment and in technical support and
maintenance.
As with all the training days given by Fagor
Industrial, feedback from Sato was excellent.
As a result, on 15 March, Fagor Industrial
and Union-Chemical signed a collaboration
agreement, recognising the latter as the authorised
distributor in Japan of Fagor Industrial
products for the next three years.

Japan. Remacom’s special feature is that it
offers its products at the same price all over
the world, using the innovation and development
that characterises Japanese products
as its standard, a seal of approval that will
also be of benefit to Fagor Industrial.
