NOTES TO THE CORE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS<br />
As at 31 March <strong>2012</strong>, the <strong>Council</strong> had several construction contracts in progress. The value of work completed at 31<br />
March <strong>2012</strong> was established using a stage of completion methodology based on architects certificates obtained at the year<br />
end. There were no sums due as at 31 March <strong>2012</strong>.<br />
