MACHINE TABLES<br />
These consist of an Angle iron frame with a slate top drilled for our various small machines, such as<br />
ringing, coin collector or service meter machines .<br />
RHEOSTATS<br />
These are used with our various generators which supply direct current, and are made for mounting<br />
on the front or rear of the power switchboard . When rear mounted they require hand wheels and index<br />
plates .<br />
They should be ordered with each new machine when required . When a rheostat is being ordered for<br />
a machine already installed, the data on the name plate on the machine should be stated in the order.<br />
STARTING BOXES<br />
No-voltage release or no-voltage release and overload boxes are supplied for motors of all capacities<br />
and voltages. They are arranged for rear of board mounting and require a hand wheel on the front . They<br />
should be ordered with new motors . When a starting box is being ordered for a machine already installed<br />
the data on the name plate on the motor should be stated in the order.<br />
These are finished in polished copper and black dip, and are for use<br />
with rear mounted starting boxes and rheostats. A <strong>com</strong>plete line is carried<br />
for all the various sizes . The hand wheel includes a dial properly marked .<br />

POWER PROTECTION PANELS<br />
These are arranged for mounting an a wall, and <strong>com</strong>prise a slate panel equipped with a switch, together<br />
with the necessary fuses, retardation coils and lightning arresters for protecting motors . A <strong>com</strong>plete<br />
line is manufactured, suitable for all kinds of circuits and for motors of different horse-power.<br />
POWER SWITCHBOARDS<br />
These <strong>com</strong>prise one or more slate panels mounted on an iron framework, which is braced to the floor<br />
and wall . Space is left for access to the back of the board . The size and number of panels deperid upon<br />
the machines furnished . There is mounted on these boards all of the apparatus for controlling the machines .<br />
These are arranged for mounting on a wall and <strong>com</strong>prise a slate panel equipped with fuses for protecting<br />
the storage battery and a shunt for reading the battery current . They are made for protecting one or<br />
two batteries .
