(3) Except as herein provided, the second party shall not
engage in any business or sell or dispose of any article on said airport whatsoever which Js not herein mentioned, unless it shall first receive the written permission of the first party. (d) The second party shall at no time permit any dancing to be carried on in said restaurant building, carry on any amusement feature, or games of chance, or permit any auction sale to he had therein. said premises shall not be used for lodpin g or sleeping purposes, excepting that the second par ty may, at its own expense, es hereinbelow provided, equip and furnish the two rooms of the said restaurant buildih g , shown coon the general floor plan thereof attached to the bid as livin quarters for the use of its employees. (b) A21 fixed Coffee Shop equipment, includin p,- counters, stools, coffee urns, soda fountain. (0) Tables and ohs irs for dinin room. (d) Cashier's counter. (e) Refrigeration. (f) heating equipment, including hot water heater. (E) Water. (h) 'ass piping to range and other g as using equipment. (i) Shades and awnings. (111 In addition, the first party shall, for the convenience and necessity of one second oarty in supplyin the requirements of the public at the said air terminal in connection with this concession, and in accordance with the plans the first party has heretofore sdopted, at once erect a booth, said booth to be located between Han gars ITos.2 and, 3 of said air port or be moved to such other main point of aeroplane operations as may from time to time be designated by the first party. The second party shall use said booth for the dispensing of such articles as it shall be engar. ped in selling under this concession. All equipment and furnishings required for such concession booth shall be furnished and installed, in the said booth by the second, party. The said booth shall become a part of the premises herein placed under this concession and all the terms, conditions and covenants of this agreement, except as otherwise mentioned, shall apply thereto as fully as if such booth were a part of and included in the said restaurant building itself. (121 The second pa:atf shall furnish at its own expense all, necessary furnishin g s and equi pment required for the operation of the said restaus-ant concession which shall not be provided by the first party, the equipment to be so furnished by the second party to include at least:
