SECTION 2, Section 7.902 is hereby added to said ordinance to read as follows: Section 7.902 - Waterfront Sub-foreman or Tractor and/or Roller Operator, for employment as sub-foreman, 46.00 per day; 47.50 per day when otherwise employed under this section.
