AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.901 OF<br />

PO= ORDINANCE NO. 8 AND ADDING SECTION<br />

7.902 THERETO.<br />

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board <strong>of</strong> <strong>Port</strong>Commissi-)hers<br />

the City <strong>of</strong> <strong>Oakland</strong> as follows:<br />

SECTION 1 . Section 7.901 <strong>of</strong> <strong>Port</strong> Ordinance No.<br />

is hereby amended. to read as follows:<br />

Section 7.901 - On Waterfront Sub-Foreman,<br />

46.00 per day.<br />

SECTION 2, Section 7.902 is hereby added to<br />

said ordinance to read as follows:<br />

Section 7.902 - Waterfront Sub-foreman or<br />

Tractor and/or Roller Operator, for employment<br />

as sub-foreman, 46.00 per day;<br />

47.50 per day when otherwise employed<br />

under this section.<br />

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.<br />
