• Over twenty years of experience in international work covering the<br />

Caribbean, Latin America <strong>and</strong> Africa, related to policy advocacy<br />

<strong>and</strong> programming in the context of policy evolution in the World Bank,<br />

International Monetary Fund, <strong>and</strong> other multilateral institutions including the<br />

Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) <strong>and</strong> the Economic Community of<br />

West African States (ECOWAS).<br />

• Over thirty years of management experience including as Coordinator of<br />

the Caribbean Policy Development Centre <strong>and</strong> through the United Nations at<br />

global, regional <strong>and</strong> national levels. Successfully managed multi-disciplinary<br />

<strong>and</strong> multi-cultural teams of evolving size <strong>and</strong> complexity – from five with<br />

three professionals, through 21-25 with 15-17 professionals, to a team of 70<br />

with 7 international <strong>and</strong> 27 national professionals.<br />
