Treasury shares relate to ordinary shares of the Company that are held by the Company.
The Company acquired 5,578,000 (2010: 1,367,000) shares in the Company through purchases
on the Singapore Exchange during the financial year. The total amount paid to acquire the
shares was $1,086,694 (2010: $286,051) and this was presented as a component within the
shareholders’ equity.
