serious <strong>in</strong>terference with <strong>the</strong> adm<strong>in</strong>istration of justice – for example <strong>the</strong> destruction of evidence<br />

or <strong>the</strong> launder<strong>in</strong>g of <strong>trade</strong> proceeds. This is ano<strong>the</strong>r reason why offences under COTES should<br />
