The accumulator installation must ensure that in the event of accumulator cell<br />
leakage or explosion, the contents are kept away from the rider and do not<br />
interfere in any way with the rider’s vision or the safe handling of the machine.<br />
50.04.15 Power control<br />
A ‘self-closing’ throttle (power control) must be applied.<br />

53.02<br />
The drive shall be transmitted to the ground only through the rear wheel of the<br />
motorcycle.<br />
53.06<br />
Handlebars must be firmly secured to the forks. They must be at a height above<br />
the mid point in the seat.<br />
A steering head must be fitted which like the handlebar must not be attached to<br />
the non-suspended part of the front wheel suspension.<br />
53.07<br />
To reduce the torque in the steering it is allowed to displace the front wheel and<br />
the rear wheel leaving a maximum width of 75 mm between them.<br />

The fuel tank must be sufficiently and independently protected from the ground.<br />
53.09<br />
Articulated Sidecars are strictly forbidden.<br />
53.10<br />
The Sidecar must be fixed to the motorcycle in at least three points, if it is not an<br />
integral part of the chassis.<br />
