01.63 FUEL, OIL AND COOLANTS<br />

All motorcycles must be fuelled with unleaded petrol, as this term is generally<br />

understood.<br />

01.65 EQUIPMENT AND PROTECTIVE CLOTHING<br />

Clothing and footwear<br />

During practising and racing, the riders and passengers must wear the following<br />

clothing and footwear:<br />

For <strong>Motocross</strong><br />

The rider and passenger must wear trousers and gloves of durable material. For<br />

riders only knee-length boots of leather or an equivalent material must be worn.<br />

In order to prevent abrasions, in an accident, the arms of riders and passengers<br />

must be entirely covered by a protective garment of a suitable material.<br />

For Snowmobiles<br />

The rider must wear suitable clothing to afford protection against the cold and<br />

against injury in case of a fall and padded knee-length boots or other solid<br />

footwear.<br />
