Omicron CPC 100 PTS for CTs/VTs/Power
Transformer
OMI,CPC100PTS (4606) AU
Allows multifunctional primary test system for substation
commissioning and maintenance. Automated testing
of power transformers, CTs, VTs, resistance testing,
and more. Providing up to 800A (or 2,000A with current
booster) and 2,000V and comes complete with an
integrated PC. Its software routines test a wide range of substation equipment,
and automatically creates customizable reports. Total weight: 112kg including
all the accessories. Analog voltages and currents can be measured with
very high precision. Its Ohm meters automatically switch ranges from μOhm
to kOhm to allow for a wide variety of applications. Testing of unconventional
equipment, such as Rogowski Coils or current sensors completes the
spectrum. Safety features: emergency shut off button, safety key lock (block
unauthorised use).
prepared off-line on the computer. Reports are generated automatically.
Omicron FRA Frequency Response
Analyser
OMI,FRA (4621) AU
For power transformer diagnosis. Applies a
voltage across a range of frequencies (10Hz to
20MHz) to the device under test. The measurements
can subsequently be used to evaluate the
mechanical integrity of cores, windings and clamping structures within power
transformers by measuring their electrical transfer functions over a wide frequency
range. Each electrical network has got its unique frequency response,
the so-called fingerprint. Faults, mechanical shocks (i.e. earthquakes) or
transportation cause deviations of this frequency response. Comparing measurements
of different phases, sister units or the actual fingerprint with earlier
measurements done on the same transformers allows to indicate positional or
electrical variations of the internal components.
