Field Hockey Club<br />
The La Crosse Field Hockey Club had an eventful<br />
year. They were very active playing a variety<br />
<strong>of</strong> opponents and receiving their share <strong>of</strong> victories.<br />
The highlight <strong>of</strong> the team's year came with<br />
the selection <strong>of</strong> one <strong>of</strong> their members to play in<br />
the Midwest Tournament.<br />
Quick minds and reflexes are essential in<br />
this game.<br />
Miss Pamela Schroeder is only the second college<br />
woman to be chosen for the first team in the<br />
history <strong>of</strong> the Midwest Field Hockey Association.<br />
Members <strong>of</strong> a U. S. touring team will be selected<br />
from among the tournament players.<br />
Pamela Schroeder was selected to play on the Midwest Field Hockey<br />
team at the U. S. Field Hockey Association's national tournament.<br />
