A Texas Star.
The University Dancers, known as L-Bar-X,
is directed by Miss Bernadine Kunkel. The group
was organized not only to increase dance skills
and enlarge their dance repertoire, but also to
share their enjoyment with others interested in
dance. By using mixers, couple and set dances,
the group makes it possible for the audience to
experience the joy of participation.
The members spend many hours styling their
dances. They have performed in various towns
throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.
