In the romantic Neckar valley, Mosbach has an idyllic setting
in the foothills of the Odenwald. The charming pedestrianized
streets of the historic Old Town are lined with splendid homes,
such as the Palm‘sche House. Built in 1610, it is one of the finest
half-timbered buildings in Germany. Contrast this with the
Kickelhain House. Now a museum, it is one of the smallest halftimbered
houses in the country – only 26 sq m! But visitors also
come for the year-round array of markets, festivals and events.
