Student Theatre Days is the only<br />
festival in Estonia for amateur student<br />
theatre groups. It takes place<br />
for the 10th time in <strong>2012</strong> and has always<br />
been held in Viljandi. Student<br />
theatres from all over Estonia come<br />
together every year, perform, get<br />
feedback from theatre professionals<br />
and learn different theatrical skills<br />
and knowledge in workshops. In cooperation<br />
with the Finnish Student<br />
Theatre Union, some groups always<br />
come from Finland.<br />

The Tallinn Treff Festival, established<br />
2006, is an international festival<br />
which offers a wide variety of entertainment:<br />
dance, drama, puppet<br />
theatre, performance art, visual<br />
theat re, music and art. The main objective<br />
of the festival is to introduce<br />
the magnificent world of performing<br />
arts in its full diversity. The festival<br />
takes place on the streets and in<br />
venues near the Estonian Puppet<br />
and Youth Theatre in 1 Lai Street,<br />
filling the whole quarter with a fusion<br />
of performing arts.<br />
