to take a tour of Kelvingrove’s galleries, dress<br />

stayed and settled here. What can the<br />

2013. Children will see animals,<br />

enhanced by atmospheric lighting,<br />

Coming to Kelvingrove<br />
Pharaoh: King of Egypt<br />
3 November 2012–24 February 2013<br />
This touring exhibiti<strong>on</strong> from the British<br />
Museum will feature highlights from the<br />
British Museum’s superb collecti<strong>on</strong> of Ancient<br />
Egyptian objects. This is the largest UK loan<br />
of Egyptian artefacts ever undertaken by the<br />
British Museum, and a great opportunity to<br />
bring your class to see w<strong>on</strong>derful examples<br />
of sculpture, jewellery, palace ornamentati<strong>on</strong>,<br />
papyri and funerary<br />
objects.<br />

amazing variety of wildlife that lives within<br />
the different habitats of the park. They will<br />
look at how living things change throughout<br />
the seas<strong>on</strong>s, and then – through fun<br />
games – learn how different creatures are<br />
interdependent. Depending <strong>on</strong> what topic<br />
you choose, emphasis can be placed <strong>on</strong><br />
insects and other invertebrates, plants, birds<br />
