Tyler E. Goodwin is a Managing Director and the Head of Asian Client<br />
Strategy for JPMorgan Asset Management <strong>Global</strong> <strong>Real</strong> Assets based<br />
in Hong Kong. Tyler has over 23 years of real asset experience across<br />
Asia, the United States and Canada which includes experience in<br />
investment, advisory, investment banking and property development.<br />
Tyler sits on JPMorgan Asset Management’s <strong>Global</strong> Advisory Council,<br />
and on the North Asia Executive Committee of the Urban Land<br />
<strong>Institute</strong>. He has a Masters Degree in <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Development from<br />
the University of Southern California’s Price School of Policy and<br />
currently serves on their Board of Councilors.<br />
Sourav Goswami is a 17-year real estate executive, and is currently<br />
Managing Director of Walton Street India <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Advisors Private<br />
Limited, where he is responsible for evaluating opportunities for<br />
acquisitions and development in Indian markets. Previously, Mr.<br />
Goswami was in the <strong>Global</strong> <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Group at Merrill Lynch, where<br />
he was involved in the firm’s first real estate investment in India<br />
While at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Goswami also was involved in investment<br />
banking transactions in the US and Asia. Mr. Goswami’s previous real<br />
estate experiences include Reckson Strategic Venture Partners, an<br />
opportunity fund sponsored by a Reckson Associates (at the time a<br />
public US-based REIT) and Goldman Sachs & Co.<br />
Mr. Goswami has an MBA from Columbia University and a bachelor’s<br />
degree in economics from Harvard University, both with honors.<br />

earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The<br />

Gaurav Jain has 20 years of experience in real estate and project<br />
execution. Mr.Jain has been in the real estate sector since 1991 and<br />

for business planning, technical JV’s, P&L responsibility and entire<br />
delivery cycle of projects delivery. He has held key management<br />
positions in ITC and DLF and Jaypee Group. He holds an MBA from<br />
Management Development <strong>Institute</strong>, Gurgaon, a Masters degree in<br />
Planning from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and<br />
Bachelor of Civil Engineering with Honours from Nagpur University.<br />
Max joined Quintain in July 2011 and became Chief Executive of<br />
the Group in May 2012. He brings extensive experience in real<br />
estate banking and corporate finance to the Company. Before<br />
joining Quintain, he was Chief Executive of Lowndes Partners, LLP,<br />
a specialist real estate investment bank, which he founded in 2006.<br />
Previously, Max was <strong>Global</strong> Head of <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> at HSBC Investment<br />
Bank and a director of Lazard. Max is Chairman of the UK ULI<br />
Regeneration Council.
