project financing, financing of infrastructure projects such as power<br />

plants, satellites, highway projects, financing of concessionaires,<br />

aircraft leverage leasing, ship financing, sovereign loans, syndications,<br />

bilateral financing, private debt securities, offshore borrowings,<br />

foreign currency loans, joint ventures relating to companies as well as<br />

real estate, infrastructure concessions, supplier’s credit financing, sales<br />

Michael is a founding Partner of Quadrant REA a boutique Investment<br />

Manager with US 6.3bn of funds under management predominantly<br />

invested in real estate backed debt securities. Based in Sydney,<br />

Michael is responsible for the day to day management of Quadrant’s<br />

Australian operations including investment management, existing<br />

client relationship management and new product development<br />

in Australia and Asia. His 30 years in real estate include more than<br />

a decade at Lend Lease Corporation, most recently in structured<br />
