Since joining SCJ in 2004, Mr. Kim has been responsible for over<br />

acquisitions to date. Prior to joining SCJ, Mr. Kim was a Vice President<br />

in the underwriting and analytics group for Secured Capital Corp<br />

(currently Eastdil Secured) in Los Angeles from 2001-2004.<br />

China’s largest cities.<br />

He is Senior Advisor, Singbridge Corporate Pte Ltd. He is Director of<br />

the 2 companies developing the Guangzhou Knowledge City and<br />

Tianjin Eco-City projects in China.<br />

He was previously CEO, Singbridge International Singapore Pte<br />

Ltd (wholly-owned by Temasek Holdings) which invests in and<br />

master-develops large scale integrated townships. He had also served<br />

as Managing Director, Economic Development Board, CEO, JTC<br />

Corporation and CEO, National Computer Board.<br />

Ms. Leong is a veteran with over 20 years of solid experience in retail<br />

property development and management; and is well-versed in<br />

international travel retail and tourism businesses. She is a founding<br />

member of the first international airport shopping mall in Hong<br />

Kong, Hong Kong Sky Mart; and is responsible for the development<br />

and launch of Elements, the internationally acclaimed and multiple<br />

award-winning luxury mall of MTRCL. In her current capacity as Head<br />

of Investment Property of the MTR Corporation Limited , Ms Leong<br />

overlooks the business of all existing and new MTR shopping malls as<br />

well as investment properties in Hong Kong.<br />

John joined DLJ <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Capital Partners (“DLJ RECP”) in 2006<br />

Prior to joining DLJ RECP, he worked at the <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Group of<br />

Lehman Brothers where he led real estate and non-performing loan<br />

transactions in Greater China. John started his real estate career in<br />

China in 1993 with Henderson Land, a Hong Kong based <strong>Global</strong> 500<br />

Company where he managed a number of development projects<br />

in Beijing and Shanghai. John received a B.A. from the University of<br />

British Columbia and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.<br />

Roy is a MD at RL Capital Management. He also serves on the Boards<br />

of various SGX listed companies and non-profit organizations,<br />

and is an Adjunct Professor in Finance (SP Jain School of <strong>Global</strong><br />

Management). Before, he was a senior investment banker with<br />

JPMorgan’s Asia real estate investment banking team. JPMorgan was<br />

honored by FinanceAsia as the Best <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Investment Bank<br />

in Asia for 2008-2010 and he was responsible for the origination<br />

& execution of investment banking mandates for regional clients.<br />

Before JPMorgan, he held senior investment banking positions<br />

for Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs & Salomon Smith Barney,<br />

performing a broad range of corporate finance, equity research & real<br />

estate financings. He graduated from INSEAD.
