Rohit Mohindra leads the Real Estate business for ANZ Bank, working
with Developers, REITs & Funds to provide solutions in areas of
Financing, M&A, Markets & Transaction Banking. He has led the
development of the bank’s real estate business across the region,
including financing for key office assets in the Singapore market.
Before ANZ, he was a Director (Credit Suisse, Singapore) with
responsibility for Structured Lending & Real Estate Finance, in South
East Asia and India. He has 15 years of experience with JPMorgan
and Lehman Brothers in various Corporate Finance & Advisory roles
in US & Asia. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (honors) degree (Hans
Raj College, University of Delhi) and an MBA (University of Southern
California, Los Angeles).
Marcus Moufarrige is a prominent IT industry spokesperson in
Australia, and a member of the National Standing Committee for
Cloud Computing. As the COO of a multinational business, Marcus
has a truly global perspective, and is across the key technological
issues and regulatory issues relating to the cloud on a daily basis.
He is passionate about the transformational role of technology,
and was responsible for building Servcorp’s global technology
platform: growing the organisation into an ASX listed company that
has become Australia’s second-largest exporter of services. Marcus
is a frequent speaker at events on cloud and future workspace
related issues.

Rob is working with an integrated investment management platform
in India and focused on working with select operator/developer
relationships regionally in their strategic and capital planning
activities. He has over 18 years institutional real estate experience
throughout Asia Pacific and the US. His broad experience has covered
acquisitions, asset management, capital markets and investor
relations while managing hard assets and entity level investments.
Rob was most recently a MD and Head of Asset Management for
Morgan Stanley. He oversaw the group’s asset management activities
in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, India, Singapore/SE Asia and
Korea from 2004-2012. Prior to joining MSREI, Rob spent 10 years with
PREI in the US.
Anna Pandey is a Vice President with GE Asset Management’s (GEAM)
real estate team, leading the firm’s real estate investment efforts in
Asia Pacific. She is based in Hong Kong, where she moved in January
2010 as part of GEAM’s global real estate investing expansion. Anna
has spent 12 years at GEAM in its alternative investments group. In
her previous roles she was responsible for making direct and fund
investments in private equity, real estate and hedge funds, as well as
serving on the boards of various portfolio companies. She is a CFA
charterholder and earned her Summa Cum Laude BS and MBA from
the University of Bridgeport.

Philip Pang is a Partner of Telok Real Estate Partners, responsible
for Telok’s investment activities. Telok is currently focusing on
development opportunities of entry-level residential units and
budget hotels in Macau. Mr. Pang has over 16 years of experience
in real estate investment. Prior to joining Telok, Philip was a Director
of Deutsche Bank, responsible for originating real estate-related
private equity investments. Philip was also a Partner at Schroder
Asian Properties LP, a US$308 million private equity real estate fund.
Philip began his career in 1996 with Bankers Trust in New York. Philip
received a B.S. degree from Cornell University.
Suresh Rangarajan is the Chief Executive Officer of Artha Group.
Under his leadership, Artha has emerged as a formidable brand in the
residential segment in a short span of 5 years. His business acumen
has made Artha conferred with ‘Power Brand in Real Estate Sector’
by the prestigious Brand Finance Institute Plc UK. Suresh has over 2
decades of experience in real estate, banking and financial services
including a long stint at Citibank. His unique leadership style won
him the “CEO with HR orientation” at the Asian HRD Congress. He
was also conferred with the “Udyog Rattan Award” by Institute of
Economic Studies.
