Description<br />
The X60008-50 is an extremely stable low power, high accuracy<br />
5.0V, SOT-23 voltage reference manufactured using the company’s<br />
proprietary Floating Gate Analog (FGA TM ) technology.<br />
The X60003 family features an incredibly low 500nA operating<br />
current that compliments the small size <strong>of</strong> the SOT-23 package.<br />
Additional features include guaranteed absolute initial accuracy<br />
as low as ±1.0mV, temperature coefficient as low as 10ppm/°C<br />
<strong>and</strong> long-term stability <strong>of</strong> 10 ppm/ °C. By reducing the<br />
reference supply current requirements from 5µA or more for<br />
competing devices to a mere 500nA, the X60003 family provides<br />
designers with precision voltage reference choices that<br />
meet the most dem<strong>and</strong>ing power budgets in today’s hi-density<br />
systems. In addition to the benefits <strong>of</strong> extremely low power<br />
consumption <strong>and</strong> SOT-23 packaging, the X60003 features the<br />
added benefits <strong>of</strong> increased temperature stability (10 &<br />
20 ppm/°C) <strong>and</strong> guaranteed initial accuracy (±1.0, ±2.5 & 5.0mV).<br />
