Description<br />

The X60008-50 is an extremely stable low power, high accuracy<br />

5.0V voltage reference fabricated in Xicor’s proprietary Floating<br />

Gate Analog technology. The X60008-50 family features<br />

guaranteed initial accuracy as low as ±0.5mV, temperature coefficients<br />

as tight as 1 ppm/°C, extremely low, 10ppm thermal hysteresis<br />

<strong>and</strong> 10 ppm/1,000Hrs long-term stability while consuming<br />

only 500 nA <strong>of</strong> supply current. Operating power consumption<br />

is typically 500nA <strong>and</strong> load regulation is guaranteed up to 10mA<br />

(source <strong>and</strong> sink). Short circuit current is guaranteed at<br />

80mA continuous.<br />

The excellent accuracy <strong>and</strong> stability performance <strong>of</strong> the<br />

X60008-50 coupled with its low power consumption makes it<br />

an ideal choice for battery powered high resolution data acquisition<br />

systems.<br />
