<strong>Craft</strong> fair Vendor <strong>Application</strong><br />

Please complete all components <strong>of</strong> this form to apply for a booth at the <strong>Indian</strong> <strong>Community</strong> <strong>School</strong> /Family Resource<br />
Center 2012 <strong>Craft</strong> <strong>Fair</strong>.<br />
The event will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012 8:30am-3pm<br />
Set up times: Friday, Nov. 30 from 5-7pm and Saturday, Dec.1 7-8:00am. There will be no exceptions to setup<br />
times. Doors will be closed Friday evening at 7:00pm and Saturday morning at 8:00am.<br />
Terms and Conditions:<br />
Applicants MUST be 18yrs and Older<br />
Space size-10X10<br />
All Display tables need to be covered and storage containers must be stored under with a drop cloth in front(to<br />
hide storage)<br />
No Refunds / No Rain Date<br />
Booths are rented on a first come, first serve basis.<br />
The ICS <strong>Craft</strong> <strong>Fair</strong> Coordinator may choose to deny a vendor based on appropriateness <strong>of</strong> products and<br />
duplication <strong>of</strong> vendors. Vendors may not sell any type <strong>of</strong> alcoholic beverages <strong>of</strong> any kind.<br />
Setup will be Nov. 30, 2012 from 5:00pm-7:00pm and Dec. 1, 2012 from 7-8:00am. Loading and unloading will<br />
take place through the loading dock at the back <strong>of</strong> the school only. No exceptions.<br />
Booths will be indoors<br />
$40.00 donation for space due with application to reserve space.<br />
NOTE: Electrical access is very limited and will be approved on a first come, first serve basis.<br />
Participants are responsible for the set-up and clean up <strong>of</strong> their booths. Participants cannot impair others<br />
booths (i.e. sign or display blockage). Vendors will not be allowed to move booth locations once a booth has<br />
been assigned. No exceptions.<br />
Under no circumstances can things be taped or placed on building walls or windows.<br />
Vendors keep all pr<strong>of</strong>its from their booths.<br />
We also have limited table’s available first come first serve. Please note on application if you would like to<br />
reserve one. One 3 x 9 table per 10 x 10 space may be reserved. You are welcome to bring tables as long as they<br />
fit within the 10 x 10 space.
Please complete this vendor application and return with your $40 donation no later than<br />
August 6, 2012 to reserve your space in the fair.<br />
