Prevention and Student Placement
Granite School District is currently accepting classified hourly applications for Parent Center
Liaison part time positions (10-19.5 hours per week). Salary Range: $11.72-13.49 per hour.
Starting Date: August, 2011.
Description:
• Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken) required
• Must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings
• Be able to build a positive relationships with community, parents, students, teachers,
administration, and co-workers
• Be willing to teach academic and functional support skills to adults from district approved
curriculum
• Exhibit strong communication and promotional skills
• Prefer working experience with students and/or adults in a school environment
• Willing to work with and take directions from Family Center Specialist and school
administration
• Presentation skills
• Data collection and reporting skills
• Basic computer and technology skills and aptitude
