Dear Sirs
The City Council of the City of Tomball Texas met March 19, 2012 and wishes to encourage the H-GAC Board
of Directors to include the entire construction and reconstruction of the SH249 project, from Spring Cypress to
FM1774, as identified in the proposed 2013-2016 H-GAC TIP.
In addition, we encourage the inclusion of the south/bound west/bound direct connector from SH249 to Beltway
8, along with the four (4) direct connectors from SH249 to the Grand Parkway (Segment F-1) to also be
included.
These projects are absolutely crucial to the continued development in Northwest Harris County and
Montgomery County and further regional expansion to the Bryan/College Station area.
