• Historically, we focused on eliminating Lost Time Incidents<br />
• As performance improved, we began focusing on eliminating Medical<br />
Treatments and Restricted Work incidents<br />
• We recognized that we need to eliminate all incidents that result in any<br />
injury, including first aids and no treatments (pain, bruising, etc.)<br />
• Measuring and communicating our <strong>Total</strong> <strong>Hurt</strong> Rate reinforces our<br />
commitment to achieving our vision<br />
