Das FDA-Upgrade des xirodur ® B180-<br />
Programms für den Lebensmittelbereich<br />
B180 ist schon jetzt das erfolgreichste Programm<br />
der xiros ® -Familie, zuverlässig und kostengünstig.<br />
Jetzt wird dieses Programm zur Low-Cost-Lösung<br />
der Lebensmittel<strong>tech</strong>nik. Alle Ab<strong>me</strong>ssungen bis<br />
Ø 25 mm sind ab sofort auch in der FDA-konfor<strong>me</strong>n<br />
Ausführung lieferbar. Dazu reichte es, den Käfig<br />
der Poly<strong>me</strong>r-Kugellager anzupassen, da die Ringe<br />
bereits aus FDA-konfor<strong>me</strong>n Material gefertigt sind.<br />
Jetzt können xirodur ® B180-Kugellager mit Edelstahlkugeln<br />
überall dort eingesetzt werden, wo mit<br />
unverpackten Lebensmitteln gearbeitet wird und<br />
die Temperaturen 80 °C nicht übersteigen.<br />

The FDA upgrade of the xirodur ® B180<br />
range for the food industry<br />
B180 is already the most successful range in the<br />
xiros ® family, reliable and cost-effective. This range<br />
is now turning into the low-cost solution for the food<br />
<strong>tech</strong>nology sector. All di<strong>me</strong>nsions up to Ø 25 mm<br />
are now also available in the FDA-compliant version.<br />
To do so, it is sufficient to adapt the cage of<br />
the poly<strong>me</strong>r ball bearings, as the rings are already<br />
made of FDA-compliant material. xirodur ® B180 ball<br />
bearings with stainless steel balls can now be used<br />
wherever unpackaged foodstuffs are processed<br />
and the temperatures do not exceed 80 °C.<br />
