22 mm x 28 mm: Miniatur-Linearachse<br />
für Hand- oder Motorbetrieb<br />
igus ® erweitert das Programm der spindelgetriebenen<br />
Linearachsen mit diversen Steigungen um<br />
eine weitere Größe und zielt dabei auf klein und<br />
kompakt. Die Basis der Achse bildet das bewährte<br />
<strong>dry</strong>lin ® N-System der Baugröße 27. Die Schiene<br />
besteht aus eloxiertem Aluminium und gibt der Achse<br />
eine Breite von nur 28 mm. Sie kann mit einem<br />
NEMA 11-Schrittmotor kombiniert werden. Der<br />
komplett schmierfreie Betrieb wird durch Kunststoffgleitlager<br />
in den Spindellagerungen, sowie im<br />
Führungsschlitten realisiert.<br />

with and without motor<br />
igus ® extends its range of spindle-driven linear axes<br />
with various pitches by another size and thereby<br />
aims at so<strong>me</strong>thing small and compact. The base<br />
of the axis is made of the proven system <strong>dry</strong>lin® N<br />
in installation size 27. The rail consists of anodized<br />
aluminum and therefore the axis has only a width of<br />
28 mm. It can be combined with a NEMA 11 step<br />
motor (alternatively also with motors by other manufacturers).<br />
The fully lubrication-free operation is<br />
imple<strong>me</strong>nted by plastic plain bearings in the spindle<br />
bearings and the guide carriage.<br />
