Die neue <strong>dry</strong>lin ® -Auslegerachse wurde speziell für<br />
Pick&Place-Anwendungen mit hoher Dynamik und<br />
kleinen Lasten entwickelt. Bei diesem Achsentyp<br />
stehen Schlitten mit Motor fest, während sich die<br />
Achse bewegt. Über die Zahnstange aus Kunststoff<br />
findet ein direkter, dynamischer Kraftübertrag<br />
(ca. 20-30% <strong>me</strong>hr Leistung / Geschwindigkeit)<br />
ohne Umlenkung und Vorspannung eines Zahnrie<strong>me</strong>ns<br />
statt. Deshalb kann die Achse mit kleinem<br />
Motor bei niedrigen Lasten bis ca. 1 kg bis zu einem<br />
Hub von 150 mm betrieben werden.<br />

GRW-0630<br />
The new <strong>dry</strong>lin ® cantilever axis was particularly developed<br />
for pick & place applications with high dynamics<br />
and small loads. In this type of axis carriage<br />
and motor are fixed while the axis moves. A direct,<br />
dynamic power transmission of (approx 20-30%<br />
more power/speed) takes place via the plastic rack<br />
steering without deflection and pretension of a toothed<br />
belt. Therefore the axis can be operated with a<br />
small motor and small loads up to around 1 kg and<br />
a stroke of 150 mm.<br />
