The APPL_OF_PAY_DETAIL_ACCOUNTING reporting view was created to list the
default accounting distributions used for payments and default accounting
distributions used for charges that had payments applied against them as well as the
rule class code used in the transaction. Multiple records may exist as the accounting
distributions can be split.

Email Notification Enhancements
Added Information in Notification Email Message

The email messages sent out for job notification now contains more detailed
information about the job as well as details about any errors encountered. For the
Change Table Counter job, any tables with record counts greater than the threshold
are reported.
Changed Default for Email Job Notification

Job notification via email used to be set up on a "mass" basis. Anyone configured to
be notified received emails for all jobs that ran. The default has been changed so
that users only receive notifications for jobs that they submitted. However, there is
still an option to configure an account to receive messages for all jobs.
Freeze Data Maintenance Enhancements

When running a freeze process, you can elect to insert or replace an event, as well
as to delete one.
