Section 1 Functional Enhancements Administrative User Interface • CHARGE_DETAIL_CODE_TYPE • CHARGE_OPERATING_DESIGNATOR. The APPL_OF_PAY_DETAIL_ACCOUNTING reporting view was created to list the default accounting distributions used for payments and default accounting distributions used for charges that had payments applied against them as well as the rule class code used in the transaction. Multiple records may exist as the accounting distributions can be split. Administrative User Interface Email Notification Enhancements Added Information in Notification Email Message 1-1KMHAB The email messages sent out for job notification now contains more detailed information about the job as well as details about any errors encountered. For the Change Table Counter job, any tables with record counts greater than the threshold are reported. Changed Default for Email Job Notification 1-1KMHAJ Job notification via email used to be set up on a "mass" basis. Anyone configured to be notified received emails for all jobs that ran. The default has been changed so that users only receive notifications for jobs that they submitted. However, there is still an option to configure an account to receive messages for all jobs. Freeze Data Maintenance Enhancements New Freeze Process Delete RPE 1-VCTDX When running a freeze process, you can elect to insert or replace an event, as well as to delete one. Changed Freeze List Page 1-VDEAR The following navigational links have been added to the Freeze List definition screens: • Links between the Create and Update screens • A link to display existing freeze list names when creating a new list • Also the limit on the number of records has been removed Miscellaneous Administrative UI Enhancements New Ability to Edit/Clone Submitted Jobs 1-1KMHID This enhancement allows you to "edit" a job in the queue, by either changing its values and resubmitting it, or by actually submitting it again as a. New Select / Deselect Option to Control Report Page 1-VCSSH Links for "Select All" and "Deselect All" were added to the Filter Report dialog to make using the dialog easier. New Termination Wizard 1-XV7P5 Long-running jobs can now be terminated using a Process Termination Wizard screen that is accessed from the Control Report for a running job. The wizard either automatically kills the job directly at the operating system level, or generates a list of Oracle commands that terminate the job manually using Oracle. New Composite View Meta Data Maintenance 1-XV7PB Composite view meta data can now be added, edited or deleted using the Administrative User Interface.
