within the ODS, the REGISTERED_IND is set to Y when the student has either
enrolled course or institutional history courses for an academic period.
Changed STUDENT_COURSE Reporting View

The STUDENT COURSE reporting view has a START_DATE and END_DATE that
was thought to meet the expectation of tracking the last date of attendance. The
STUDENT COURSE Start Date will first look at the SFRAREG_START_DATE and if
no value then it will use the SSBSECT_START_DATE. The data for the End Date will
now look at the SFRSTCR_LAST_DATE_ATTENDED first and then the
SFRAREG_COMPLETION_DATE and if no value then the currently used
SSBSECT_END_DATE. Remember the STUDENT COURSE Start Date and End
Date is for the student in this course. If you need to report on the SCHEDULE
OFFERING Start and End Date, you should use that reporting view.
In addition to the change in how the START_DATE and END_DATE are populated,
the LAST_ATTEND_DATE from SFRSTCR_LAST_DATE_ATTENDED was added
as a new column on the STUDENT_COURSE reporting view.

The following academic standing columns were removed from composite view
AS_GENERAL_STUDENT and table MST_GENERAL_STUDENT because all
academic standing columns are now in MST_ACADEMIC_STANDING:
