1. All shipments F.O.B. Elmsford, NY 10523 at DENT-X’s sole discretion. DENT-X will select
method of standard surface shipment unless otherwise specified. Freight will be prepaid and
charges added when determined.
2. Prices subject to change without notice. Freight Company’s delivery schedules are not
guaranteed by DENT-X.
3. Minimum billing $50.00 net per order.
4. Some spare parts for equipment over 5 years old may be out of stock and/or require factory
substitution or delay for production. DENT-X will advise status upon receipt of order.
5. If a part number is not listed, please contact DENT-X Technical Service Dept. for further
assistance. Model and Serial Number of the processor or equipment will expedite your
spare part identification.
6. DENT-X Warranty, Repair and Return Policy as amended, applies.
7. Specifications are subject to change without notice.
8. When placing orders, please have your Customer Account Number, Purchase Order Number,
and product serial number available.
9. There is a $10.00 surcharge for overnight shipments, second-day air shipments and pickups.
10. This Spare Parts List supercedes all prior Spare Parts Lists as per effective date.
1. Handling Fees - There will be a $5.00 handling fee on all spare parts and chemistry orders.
An additional $10.00 Rush Fee will still be applied to all rush orders for shipment the same
day.
2. Minimum Billing - The minimum invoice billing is $50.00 net.
3. $500.00 Minimum dealer order to receive 2% discount on E-mailed or Faxed Domestic
Spare Parts Orders - This successful policy has been in effect since November 1, 1997.
Please note that this discount only applies to USA and Canada E-mailed or Faxed Spare
Parts Orders! We STRONGLY encourage you continue to e-mail or fax your orders to DENT-
