2 Click <strong>the</strong> + button next to Steps. A template line <strong>is</strong> added<br />
to <strong>the</strong> step program.<br />
Configuring Steps<br />
Configuring a step tells <strong>the</strong> step program what to do when<br />
th<strong>is</strong> step becomes active. You can configure <strong>the</strong> following:<br />

Step Section<br />
Condition<br />
Trigger<br />
Timer Preset<br />
Write On Exit<br />
Jump Section<br />
Condition<br />
Trigger<br />
Timer Preset<br />
Arbitrary name you can use for easier<br />
identification.<br />
The combination of a trigger and/or timer<br />
required for <strong>the</strong> step to be executed. The<br />
condition <strong>is</strong> evaluated at each scan cycle<br />
until <strong>the</strong> condition <strong>is</strong> fulfilled, or any o<strong>the</strong>r<br />
action <strong>is</strong> taken.<br />
The trigger that <strong>is</strong> associated with <strong>the</strong><br />
condition. The trigger <strong>is</strong> represented by an<br />
Alias which <strong>is</strong> defined in <strong>the</strong> Aliases<br />
panel.<br />
The time setting that <strong>is</strong> associated with<br />
<strong>the</strong> step condition. Th<strong>is</strong> can ei<strong>the</strong>r be an<br />
actual time or an offset.<br />
Determines whe<strong>the</strong>r <strong>the</strong> step program<br />
writes <strong>the</strong> On Exit values to <strong>the</strong> outputs<br />
when <strong>the</strong> step condition <strong>is</strong> met.<br />

different step. The jump condition <strong>is</strong><br />
evaluated at each scan cycle. It causes<br />
<strong>Sequencer</strong> to jump, if <strong>the</strong> jump condition<br />

condition. The trigger <strong>is</strong> represented by an<br />
