Jam and <strong>Cashew</strong> nuts mini tarlet<br />

Ingredients<br />

Serves 16-18<br />

1. 6 egg<br />

2. 200g butter<br />

3. 600g flour<br />

4. Strawberry jam<br />

5. 500g cashew nuts powder<br />

6. 300g sugar<br />

7. 1kg cashew nuts<br />

Directions<br />

1. Mix butter and sugar for 10 minutes<br />

and then add the egg and flour to<br />

make the dough.<br />

2. Use the dough to make mini tarts<br />

and bake for 15 minutes<br />

3. Roast the cashew nuts and blend to<br />

make cashew nuts crumbs<br />

4. Mix the cashew nuts crumb, jam<br />

and egg together and fill the tarts<br />

with the mixture.<br />

5. Bake the filled tarts for 10 minutes<br />

until golden brown
