The IRS2153D is an improved version of the popular IR2153 gate driver IC,<br />

and incorporates a internal bootstrap diode as well as a 2V under-voltage<br />

lockout hysteresis.<br />

600V Ballast Controller IC with Adaptive Zero-Voltage Switching, Internal Crest<br />

Factor Over-Current Protection and an Integrated Bootstrap Diode in a 8-Pin<br />

Dip package.<br />

High voltage half-bridge gate driver with a programmable oscillator and state<br />

diagram to form a complete ballast control IC including programmable features<br />

and built-in protection.<br />

Fully integrated, fully protected 600V ballast control IC designed to drive<br />

fluorescent and HID Lamps.<br />

Complete dimming ballast controllers and 600V half-bridge drivers all in one IC.<br />

The IRS2166D is an improved version of the IR2166; it's a fully integrated,<br />

protected 600V ballast control IC designed to drive fluorescent HID lamps with<br />

PFC in a 16-pin package.<br />

The IRS2168D is a fully integrated protected 600V ballast control IC designed to<br />

drive flourescent lamps with PFC in 16-Pin package. Designed for universal input<br />

and/or multi-lamp ballast applications.<br />
